Sarah manages population health and care management at Crossover Health. She joined Crossover in 2022 to support the team in delivering health as it should be. A nurse, Sarah has worked in various specialties including labor and delivery, pediatric muscular dystrophy, and cardiology. Before becoming a nurse, Sarah worked for the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation in research and evaluation. She also has worked in research and communications at various academic institutes. Her passion is helping improve systems to support great outcomes and experiences for members.

Sarah lives in Oregon with her family, where she loves to go between the coast and the mountains for all the adventure they provide.
