Sara Grunert, DC

Chiropractor

While treating and helping patients reach their wellness goals, Sara enjoys getting to know them while educating them about their chief complaint.

She brings five years of experience to her role with Crossover. She started her career in a multidisciplinary practice where she used a combination of chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue work, and physiotherapy exercises.

Originally from Chicago, Sara moved to Texas for a college gymnastics scholarship. After college, she decided to stay and moved to Houston. She enjoys spending time with her wife and their three dogs. She keeps busy away from work cooking, gardening, and going for bike rides around the city.

  • BS, Psychology, Texas Woman’s University
  • Doctorate of Chiropractic, Parker University

What Makes Me Unique

My childhood in gymnastics has made me a competitive person and always up for a challenge. This is also why a walk home from our favorite neighborhood restaurant sometimes turns into a race home!

Why I Practice

I have always wanted a career that could help people, and healthcare seemed like the perfect fit. Being a chiropractor has allowed me to help people with their musculoskeletal pain. At Crossover, I’ll be collaborating with multiple providers—we’ll work as a team to help members with their overall wellness.
