John Ellis LAc

Acupuncturist

John loves helping people. His high school personality test revealed that he should become either a teacher or a priest, but instead he became an acupuncturist—still helping people, but geared towards their whole health instead of education or spirituality.

John brings almost two decades of clinical experience blending acupuncture, manual therapy, exercises, and health coaching techniques to help members get out of pain and on the path towards their goals.

John is a family man first, and the happiest times are when he, his wife, and their burgeoning teenager are traveling together. Outside of family, he loves to surf, play drums (and a little bass!), and spend as much quality time with friends and family as possible.

What makes me unique:

I can connect and communicate with just about anyone. Dealing with people on a human level is my superpower.

Why do I practice healthcare:

Helping people is a reward in itself. Yes, making money is important and essential, but it’s nothing compared to the emotional payoff when someone expresses a heartfelt “thank you” for something that you helped them with. It’s why I got into this business and why I stay.
