What makes me unique:
My father is a farmer, so I grew up being connected to fresh food. I was always attracted to the idea of food being medicine and first became excited about nutrition when I took an ethnobotany class in college.

Why do I practice healthcare:
As a health coach, I love to help people set themselves up for success. This involves creating routines that make healthy choices feel easy and building consistent habits to bring balance and support self-care.
