Linda Wu, LAc, DACM
Linda is a licensed acupuncturist who is passionate about using acupuncture and Chinese medicine to treat pain, sports injury, stress/anxiety, and hormone imbalance. She enjoys partnering with members to address their unique concerns, to prevent recurrence of injury, and to improve health outcomes.
After working in IT for over 10 years and ready for a change, Linda backpacked around the world learning healing modalities, which sparked her interest in East Asian Medicine. She has practiced in the Bay Area since receiving her license in 2016. She specializes in orthopedic acupuncture using trigger point and motor point needling, electro-acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, and myofascial bodywork. Being a movement geek, Linda’s decades of yoga practice and teaching inform her diagnosis and treatment.
Linda grew up in Shanghai drinking bitter herbal teas and watching her grandfather practice Tai Ji. Chinese medicine surrounded her, but she didn’t appreciate its benefits until she was a patient herself. She loves to travel, study, and play with recipes in the kitchen. For personal health, she trains, hikes with her new dog, cycles, and practices Tai Ji.

What makes me unique
Being Chinese American, I love bringing the health wisdoms of my culture to the modern palette. I can also talk to anyone about food.
Why I practice healthcare
I love working with people and feel honored to practice medicine that improves the body and mind. I am also excited to work in an integrative setting at Crossover Health, where providers collaborate to support members in achieving their health goals.
