A Bay Area native, Illisha grew up in San Jose, CA. She loves people and her community – the opportunity to serve the community where she grew up is special to her. She enjoys spending time with patients and getting to know them, their health journey, and what makes them tick.  

Illisha received her Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of California, Davis. Prior to Crossover, she worked as an acute care nurse in the adult medical/surgical unit in Los Gatos. Illisha strives to provide efficient and effective care. 

When she’s away from work, Illisha loves to take her labradoodle, Oliver, out for walks. She is an avid reader and enjoys spending time with her family.
