Instructions
- Slice the fish into small, bitesized cubes.
- In a large bowl, add the fish, lime and lemon juice, onion, bell pepper, and jalapeno. Mix for 5 minutes so that the lime juices will cook the fish.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add cucumber and serve immediately on a bed of greens. Top with cilantro for garnish.
- Add seasonal items like mango or pineapple for extra flavor!
