Roasted Green Beans with Walnuts

Ingredients

  • 12 oz green beans
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • Zest of ½ lemon
  • 2 Tbsp roughly  chopped walnuts

Tips

  • The lemon can be substituted with balsamic vinegar if preferred.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Trim the ends of the green beans and cut to desired length.
  3. Toss with olive oil.
  4. Arrange on a sheet pan, sprinkle with the walnuts.
  5. Cook for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with lemon zest and the juice from the lemon.
