Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400.
- Trim the stems from the brussels sprouts and cut in half. Discard loose leaves.
- Toss the brussels sprouts with olive oil.
- Arrange the brussels sprouts in a single layer on a sheet pan. Use parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Cook for 30 minutes or until tender.
- Toss on the pan with honey and crushed red pepper flakes.
