Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

  • Good source of protein (if using greek yogurt), fiber, vitamin A,  vitamin K and potassium.

Ingredients

  • 6-8 oz of plain greek yogurt
  • 5 oz (⅓ can) canned pumpkin
  • 1 medium banana
  • Splash of milk of choice
  • Pumpkin pie spice to taste

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to the blender, blend, and enjoy!
