Good source of protein (if using greek yogurt), fiber, vitamin A, vitamin K and potassium.
Ingredients
6-8 oz of plain greek yogurt
5 oz (⅓ can) canned pumpkin
1 medium banana
Splash of milk of choice
Pumpkin pie spice to taste
Instructions
Add all ingredients to the blender, blend, and enjoy!
