Instant Pot Brown Rice

Ingredients

  • 1  cup of brown rice
  • 1.5 cups of water
  • Optional: pinch of salt

Tips

  • If you want to make white rice, decrease water to one cup

Instructions

  1. Rinse rice and place in the instant pot
  2. Cover with water
  3. Seal instant pot, and set to pressure cook for 4 minutes
  4. When time is up, let the pressure cooker stay in warm mode for 10 minutes. Then press cancel, and allow steam to release before opening
  5. Fluff with a fork and serve
