Instructions
- Saute onions and pepper in olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until softened.
- Add turkey and break up with a spoon as it cooks until no pink remains. Stir in all of the spices and cook for 1 more minute.
- Place in a soup pot or crockpot.
- Stir in black beans, tomatoes, pumpkin and broth.
- Cook for 4 hours on the stove or all day on low in a crockpot.
