Fruit and Herb Infused Water

Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • Plain water -4 cups 
  • Seasonal Fruit:  In Fall can use 1 Apple or Orange ; 1 cup  strawberries or blueberries  in summer 
  • Mint Leaves

Tips

  • Oranges will stay longer but berries may start to wear out sooner in a day or two.

Instructions

  1. Peel the fruit if needed. Then slice the fruit.
  2. Add the  fruit and mint leaves to a pitcher of plain water.
  3. Let it stay infused in the refrigerator for 30 mins.
  4. Enjoy cold.
