Fruit and Herb Infused Water

Serves 4 people
Ingredients
Plain water -4 cups
Seasonal Fruit: In Fall can use 1 Apple or Orange ; 1 cup strawberries or blueberries in summer
Mint Leaves
Tips
Oranges will stay longer but berries may start to wear out sooner in a day or two.
Instructions
Peel the fruit if needed. Then slice the fruit.
Add the fruit and mint leaves to a pitcher of plain water.
Let it stay infused in the refrigerator for 30 mins.
Enjoy cold.
