Yury Park, MS, RD, CDCES

Registered Dietitian

Yury has personally experienced the holistic benefits of making healthy lifestyle changes and wants nothing more than to be able to share and empower members to experience the same for themselves. With public misinformation regarding nutrition, Yury has found that messaging may become distorted or one-sided. She is committed to providing evidence-based information about nutrition in an approachable and relevant way so that members can make informed decisions about what works best for them. Her member-based approach is collaborative as she helps people work on personal goals, challenges, preferences, and motivations. Her individualized plans support members’ personal journeys toward sustainable behavior change.

Yury has helped individuals of all ages and backgrounds by providing nutritional care, counseling, and health education while working as a registered dietitian in both clinical and outpatient settings. She led the development and delivery of the curriculum for a plant-based nutrition and lifestyle medicine program, and gestational diabetes health education services at Kaiser Permanente in West Los Angeles. She earnestly wants members to be able to thrive and live healthy, happy lives. She shares the mission of Crossover Health of making quality healthcare accessible to diverse communities, and its integrative, whole-person approach to care.

A Los Angeles resident, Yuri enjoys trail running and participating in ultramarathons, having finished races up to 100-mile distances. She has an adventurous spirit and loves spending time outdoors, hiking, exploring, backpacking, and hugging trees and boulders.
