Elizabeth Aong, MPH, RD

Health Coach

Elizabeth finds purpose in helping members improve their nutrition and health. By building rapport and meeting members where they are, she is able to collaborate successfully with them on how to best meet their health goals.

Elizabeth has over eight years of experience working as a registered dietitian, including four years as a behavioral health educator. She specializes in the fields of chronic disease prevention, weight concerns, and disordered eating.

Born and raised in San Francisco’s East Bay, Elizabeth spends her time outside of work enjoying her family, tending to her houseplants, exploring the outdoors, and cooking (and eating) delicious food.

What makes me unique

I am a proud, second-generation Chinese-Cambodian-American.

Why I practice healthcare

I believe in the power of nutrition’s influence on our wellbeing and quality of life. I am fortunate to be in a role where I get to see members transform by working on behavior change over time. This work is truly rewarding for me!
